I am a Licensed Psychologist in The State of Oregon, who works with children, adolescents, and adults. My primary method of therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also utilize a variety of therapy techniques to assist in changing behaviors and thoughts. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing). I have a special interest in psychological assessment, specifically neuropsychological assessment. I work with a wide variety of life challenges including depression, anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, behavioral problems, and anger. My approach to therapy is collaborative and direct. When it is appropriate and relevant, I seek to integrate the religious and spiritual beliefs of the individual into therapy. I like to have active discussions, make suggestions, and give you things to do or think about between sessions. My goal is to help you create a whole, healthy, meaningful life in a nonjudgmental, safe atmosphere of respect and discovery.
